Ian Kaiser
Motion Graphics Designer, video producer
Hi, I'm Ian. My passion for animation began at the age of 12, and it sparked a journey of self-teaching that has since transformed into a rewarding career. Now, at 26, I have 8 years of professional experience collaborating with some of the most exciting brands around the world. Motion graphics and video production are not just my profession—they’re my life. I stay on top of emerging technologies and constantly seek new challenges to push my creative boundaries. Outside of work, I’m an avid lover of the outdoors, music, and cars.
Capabilities
I’m highly adaptable and skilled at seamlessly integrating into new work environments. Throughout my career, I’ve embraced nearly every opportunity that’s come my way, working across diverse industries such as digital signage, social media marketing, automotive television, and more. I'm always eager to grow and learn, so if your brand differs from my past experiences, that’s even better! I’d be excited to bring my expertise to the table and discover what makes your company unique. My core tools include Cinema 4D (Redshift, ZBrush), After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Background
I first got into video at 12, using a free animation tool called Pivot. What began as a hobby quickly evolved into a passion, leading me to more advanced programs like Flash and Blender. To afford an Adobe subscription, I took on various jobs—mowing lawns, walking dogs, and doing consignment work. By 18, I was working full-time as a Social Media Video Creator for a small engineering company in Florida. At 19, I returned to my hometown of Seattle to pursue a career in video. Along the way, I faced plenty of challenges—sleeping in my car, working for free, and doing whatever it took to bring creative ideas to life. Today, I’m proud to say I’ve carved my own path and now create new videos every day.
